Run

Back of Seven Sisters Hard trail run. Back at it!!

Good run this day with Bruce and Marina.

Up and over the ridge and down seven sisters. Lots of spider webs!

Worked on the jeep. changed the brake rotors and pads and fixed the passenger door.

Now I need to do something else.

Woke up with a bad pain in my back. Must be from the chairs at work.

Run

Base line run.
Test again in 3 weeks

First run/workout other than climbing ridges in the interior.

Felt pretty good. A little out of gas at the end but that is to be expected.
