Friendly round of golf with Bruce. Might be the last for golf for a little while.

My calves are super sore. I am thinking the trail shoes might be a bit much for me. will see.

Bike

Trainer ride. I need to get my legs back. I didn't want to go outside, incase they didnt hold up from yesterdays run.
