Last interval run of the season. Felt great out there. I didn't run with the HR monitor, but I probably should for IMAZ.
About 30 minutes into this swim, a lady came to the pool (outdoor) and put on her suit. She took a few pictures of me swimming. Then she swam 2 laps (seriously) Then she changed back into street clothes and left.

Next season, I think I'll add some difficulty to this sport and add a smoking habit. Who's with me?
