Had some odd weakness yesterday, couldn't stand up without getting really light headed. Pulse was 40 and BP was low. I ate some salty snacks and took it easy.

Crowded day at the pool. Spring break, so there were lots of college girls swimming. Not a bad day. I circle swam for the first time in a while.
