i did a set alternating between kick drills and 100m freestyle

the g ood part about this workout is i timed my 2nd and 4th hundreds, i am still swimming 1:30-1:35 100m, but i can only do 1 before my form starts falling apart. that will come with swim endurance. I was also taking 10-15 secs rest between sets
Well, i would be lying if i said that April has not been a struggle, the weather has been abysmal, and though i have been running with some consistancy, the biking is way off from what i wanted April to be. To be point blank honest, i get like a little bitch especially when i do not get my long endurance stuff in, between races early in the month, the shortened TT and shit weather and road conditions and easter this weekend, i am about 150 miles short of where i wanted to be, and then not being able to do these things i get like a Diva in the snickers commercials, i was soo worked up this morning i actually got an upset stomach. So it was nice to get a good run and a swim in, it helped, i am in a better mood. Now if i can just get out of bed early on non-biking days...that is another story

after ride TT for D&D certificate. my bike computer must not be calibrated right, it showed avg of 26.7
did a 2 hour ride with my Tri group, at the end of the ride we did a 3.3 mile TT for a $20 D&D gift card. I won the TT with a time of 7:10, i averaged 27.7 mph on a rolling course.
did a transition run after the ride, legs felt good, left quad was a bit dodgy, but nothing i was worried about. 10 mile run tomorrow morning.
