Bethel Summer training Crit, first 10 laps were easy, we ramped it up, then had a snowball sprint, which was 8 consecutive sprints, 1 per lap, i took a 2nd 3 4ths and a 3rd
warm up and cool down
easy tuesday morning ride, leg are a little tired
nice easy 125bpm recovery run, flat and slooowww
first double digit mile run EVER!!! Not a bad pace either, and i was taking it slow. Legs felt good, some chafing, not where you want it of course. If my legs feel this good with 5k to go in June, i will be having a good race.
after ride TT for D&D certificate. my bike computer must not be calibrated right, it showed avg of 26.7
did a 2 hour ride with my Tri group, at the end of the ride we did a 3.3 mile TT for a $20 D&D gift card. I won the TT with a time of 7:10, i averaged 27.7 mph on a rolling course.
did a transition run after the ride, legs felt good, left quad was a bit dodgy, but nothing i was worried about. 10 mile run tomorrow morning.
