Great track workout with Karen's RunFit group. Target was 5x1K at 4:59 min/k. Ran faster than target for all 5 1000's, and the pace became really comfortable, which is weird for a speed workout.

OK - this might be cheesy, but I'm logging an hour of run/walk time for all of the chasing around I did at IMAZ, some of which really was running, in about quarter-mile increments! :)
IMAZ 2010 was AWESOME! Sometime this week I will make the time to write up the entire experience, but I have to say that I had so much fun cheering Dean and our other BT triathletes during the day, and catching a lot of you during the evening! Great job to ALL of our IMAZ athletes! Seeing you guys (especially catching DEAN, of course) at the finish line was the highlight of my day!
