SoMo towers with Robin -- migraine issues at top of climb. Only made it to mile marker 7.0. Very windy, and having some loss of coordination due to migraine made the way down scarier than usual. Can't wait to do this again next week when I'm 100% healthy!
Night run at San Juan with RunFit Club and BT'ers. Great fun! Windy!!! Partied at Applebee's afterwards.

Woke up nauseous and dizzy. Struggled through this run. Was supposed to do 90 minutes, but it was difficult enough to get 30 in. Dean thinks it might be allergies; I think it's migraine without the pain (just all the other symptoms)
2 loops of outer buoys plus one loop inner buoys at BJC. Panic attack in middle of second loop, had to cling to middle buoy and let my heart rate come down. At least I got through it, and even went back out for a little more.

COLD! Wetsuit swim. Time includes about 6 minutes in transition. Was so cold at end of swim that I felt my legs shake inside the wetsuit, and my hands would not work to take the wetsuit off.
Hilly. But did it without walking the bike. Must be faster than this for St. George or I won't make the bike cutoff. :(
Hilly. Walked some, but kept walking to 30 steps at a time. Passed a few people anyway.
