bootcamp by myself again this morning - more lifting - she says I am getting stronger. HA! Not sure about that but I did work hard this morning. Weight is going up but the legs are firming up as well so I will give it time. Try to make good choices and go from there.

The new girl didn't show up today so I was on my own with the trainer. Good workout but man I am feeling it this week. Good feel though. A lot of firsts for me this week.

Walk/run on TM

Got a 3 mile run today - HA! Haven't run much in the last week so this should be interesting and temps in the high 80s. Should have done it this morning but I didn't sleep well AGAIN so I had NO motivation.  Signed up for the second Dirty 30 this year (the first year in Tulsa). Hubby's ex-boss Janet has always wanted to do one. So August 10th it is. WOOT!

Tried on my dress for the baptism that I bought before AK. Time to buckle down for 3 weeks - YIKES!
