This day is going similar to yesterday. Hoping to be done after my 6pm meeting. Moved my run until tomorrow. I am so tired it isn't funny. But the undercover is on the truck. Yay! Things will be dry in the back and it looks SOOOO good. Finally had lunch at 230 - put in some taco soup for dinner and had some of it for lunch.

January 19

This morning will look like this - dentist, undercover installed on Toyota, groceries, post office and then back for work. YIKES!

Dentist - 1 cavity, 1 tooth to "watch" which is quite sensitive to cold so hope they fill after all and somehow I have cracked my very back tooth on the bottom on both sides - how does that happen?

Trunk undercover place gave my appt to someone else when I was 10 min late due to the dentist. When I made my appt I told them I might be late - they said ok. This am - they gave my appt time to someone else. Will try tomorrow - left a piece of mind at that place.

It is now 830 and I am just getting off work - completely exhausted since it has been non stop all day - really sad when you have to decide which call to take based on where the technician is at in the state of Alaska. And of course none of this is for the project of 24 sites in 12 days.

No workout tonight but haven't ate all that much all day either (one benie of working constantly). Made a BLT for dinner.

But the silver lining... I won a pair of tickets to see a concert on Saturday - Pat Green by liking a concert post by a local radio station. Didn't win the big concert or rodeo tickets last week and earlier this week but at least I won once. :)

will try a walk today. Weight went in the opposite direction, had a late dinner last night out but I don't think it would have mattered. Think last week's 1.5 down was a hoax.

wasn't too bad for a walk - a couple coughing fits. Think I am going to give C25K another shot starting tomorrow. Not feeling like I am doing any better getting to where I want otherwise so I will try this and work up.

January 15

Slept 14 hours between last night and this morning. Feeling better - may try tomorrow but we will see. Not pushing it.

January 14

managed to get some sleep last night but still feeling quite YUCKY here this morning. Yesterday my temp was 96.1 - and that was out from under the blankets. Hubby says I am frigid to the bone. I say nope - I get it from mom. My mother can never get the thermometer up to normal unless she is REALLY sick.  Most sleep and fluids today. Hoping to be back in action on Monday.
