WU & CD (1 minute longer than normal) - .66 mile
C25K - W2D2 in the books 3R/4W - did the last run interval and my 6 min CD (oops ran a minute long) while on mute on a conference call. Got it in when I could.
didn't get off work until 10:20 last night. So besides letting the dogs out to potty and feeding them I was pretty much on the phone all day. I went through all 3 handsets on the phone - that is how much I was on the phone yesterday. That is NUTS! Got 9 sites done I think - I lost count. Only 9-10 more to go before the end of the month so we are sitting good.
Dentist was 2 teeth worked on for 2 hours and 4 shots of novacaine. Yesterday's food wasn't much but it was all soft. Jaw is feeling better today but we are still quite sore.
Didn't sleep well last night - up numerous times dreaming of satellite modem upgrades (what we did all day) so hoping to go back to bed after hubby heads to work and then get up and run before my first status meeting.

not a good night of sleep to start two weeks of On Call and a rough project schedule.
Run again today. Need to do it this am to make sure I get it completed. Renewed effort to watch what I put in my body today.
Weight is down a whopping .4 - WOW!

Had a good time yesterday and last night with old friends. But I couldn't sleep.
Tried to lay down this am but couldn't sleep so I got up and did a workout. Might do more later.
Run was C25K Week 3 Day 1 -
5W, 90J/90W, 3J/3W x3 5 W - I combined them so...
I did 5W 4.5J/4.5W x3 + 4.5J to come to 31.5 min and then walked the last 3.5 as a cool down - I hate ending with a walk and then walking more for a cooldown.
