Working on getting the spare room set up for the TM. The TM has always been in there but now that room will have a tv with cable. We are leaving direct and going back to dish and in the process we dropped down a tier in channels (we never seemed to watch the movie channels enough to justify the cost) and we added a receiver for the spare room and we still save almost 80$ for the first year and $50 for the second. :) :) They come Thursday to install, we got a new 32" tv to go in the room - but since it is also our spare room when people visit we are trying to figure out how to rearrange to get the most out of the room and not have to look straight up at the tv while on the TM. :)

Dear Scale -
A little positive reinforcement for the eating healthy and working out this week would be appreciated. This negative reinforcement and stalling is not helping anybody.

Weather - 53* - long sleeve shirt and shorts and I am sweating. Winds SW @ 13 - felt like they were out of all directions. Felt like I only had it when I turned down the last street that it was at my back - which I guess isn't bad... Just wish I wouldn't have fought it the rest of the way. :) But it is a sunny day and it was nice to be out. Now getting ready to work with both doors (front and back) open with the screens open. Supposed to hit mid 60s today and tomorrow. :)

But maybe a little more sleep first, Bo was sick in the middle of the night ![]()
Got the bike completed. Quiet afternoon at work turned into 3x on the bike in 10 minute intervals to get it completed. Not sure how effective that was since there was probably 5 minute between each session but I got it done. Finally.

Did my run on the TM this afternoon. I had a couple places I had to go and I snuck it in after I got back and before work got busy again. But if I am being totally honest I didn't want to battle the 20mph winds gusting to 30 outside. Worked up a nice sweat. A little slower then earlier in the week but I usually am on the TM. It seems harder to go slower on the TM for me. :(
Will walk more later.
Update: Not as much of a walk as I did the past 2 days but I was on the TM tonight and 40 minutes was my threshold.

walk, run and abs today.
Hubby worked out for an hour today between P90X and TM. Good start.
Feel like I am slowing the run down so I am not so dead at the end but the time isn't showing that.
I could care less about time right now - I want to be able to make it 3 laps in a couple weeks when I up the distance. Sun was just starting to pop through after a dreary start to the day. Was going to hop on the TM but I put on clothes and went out. UA tights, long sleeve light weight cotton shirt and a lightweight windbreaker. Took the gloves off after 1 lap but left the beany on. Wouldn't have worn the gloves at all or the hat but didn't want to get sick and my hands seem to be sensitive to the cold.
Temp: 49 but feels like 45
Wind: NNE @ 7mph
