5.6 mph, 1% incline, TM
We got a few inches of snow and some slick roads but that was it. Got to the grocery store this morning - all meals are planned healthily I think for this week. :) We didn't have much in the house. Due to the yuckiness outside half frozen/half thawed slush I did my run on the TM. Upped it 1/4 mile today. Felt good for the treadmill - a little slower than it has been but that is normal for me on the TM.

Had lunch at Olive Garden with hubby - did well on the salad, disappointed with the main course and only ate about 1/2 and then had the smallish dessert they have (dolocino's) which was a strawberry shortcake type dessert that was literally 2" across. It was good and glad it was small but was disappointed when we left.
All I have on Sunday's for workouts this month is a walk. Did 43 minutes and cut it short. Went out and filled both trucks and got extra gas for the generator just in case. The snow has arrived in OKC and heading our way - for those that have lived in OKC when the snow comes you prepare for the ice. Each time we have had snow here since I moved here it seems we have lost power for some time. This time the generator is here and filled with gas and hubby is home so you know we won't lose power (it always happened before the generator and when hubby was deployed). :)

TM, 5.6 @ 1% incline
Decided to do the run on the TM since it was 20 mph winds and a freezing mist going on with temps in the 30 but feels like 26. No thanks. Treadmill it is. Always slower on the treadmill.
Been eating the same thing all week (the soup is now gone) and today the weight is back up to the mid 149's - not sure what I am doing wrong but it is frustrating. Get down to the 148's and do well to keep it going down and then it pops back up and we start all over again. :( Frustrated this am. I have a feeling this Body Comp Challenge is going to be a fail and the time to get weight down before I head to Alaska is not looking good either. I wanted to be back to 143 like I was when I went to AK in September but that isn't looking good either unless some miracle happens. :(
Run and walk on the schedule today. It is YUCKY outside - haven't decided if I am going to suck it up and go run outside or do it on the TM.

weight is finally back close to where it was before last weekend. Upped the water intake and I have to admit the scale was scary there for a few days... But we are doing well. Yesterday was the first time this week I had more than 1 soda in the day and last night it was a sprite zero - trying to cut down on the soda intake and up the water intake.
Strength, bike and walk today. :)

Had a simple cut for work this morning at started at 9am. Was to take 30-45 min max. I got off the phone with the last call at 1:45. Put on the running clothes and went so I would make sure to get it done.
Renewed SiriusXM in the Toyota this am. When I renewed by the website in the letter they mailed me it told me that my price was going to be $150 less than they charged my credit card. Spent an hour on the phone with customer care and they opened a trouble ticket to be sent to the "back office" to investigate. What they don't know is once I completed with the transaction I printed out from their website how much it told me I would be charged. Once I hit "go to account home" is where it showed up 150$ more. They have 7-10 business days to respond. Bring it on Sirius - I have the "big" truck to renew next month depending on how this goes... 150$ is almost 1/2 of what the second truck would be... (Yes for the 3 year renewal - 150 is about 10 months)... Bring it.. I don't part with my money that easily... Especially when I printed from your website, your link and your program.
