Time - YAY!!!
Was it a struggle - YES!!!
This is 3 laps and a tad (3 laps is just over 2 miles)
Stopped at the end of lap 2 and 3 to stretch the legs (not included in time). The R knee popped a bit day before last when I started to run on the TM and has been grouchy lately - It is the problem child. :|
Went outside since it was 63* winds 12 gusting to 19. Figured I would give it a shot. Of course the longest leg of the loop was straight into the wind. The homestretch I had wind at my back for the second loop and that was it - could have used it the other 2 thanks!
Too many clothes - 3/4 length yoga type pants, tank top under a light windbreaker. Could have used just the tank. Didn't know how it would be with the wind.
Then... biggest struggle - the school bus comes around 4pm and I didn't want to run into them and "look old and slow" so I went out too fast. When am I ever going to learn. Last summer when I was running in prep for the half a couple girls that ride this bus was at the neighbor girls house. I was running and they are like "how many laps you doing" - I was like I have 5 to do today - they are like piece of cake - we can do that. They didn't even last a 1/2 loop with their all out sprint. Need to keep it in mind. I was the only one out today - it doesn't matter how slow or fast I go I was out there.

Hubby has school tonight until 10 so I am on my own for V-day. Guess it is less calories this way. :)

5.6 mph, 1% incline, TM
CD - 3.4 @ 1% on TM about 1/3 of a mile
We got a few inches of snow and some slick roads but that was it. Got to the grocery store this morning - all meals are planned healthily I think for this week. :) We didn't have much in the house. Due to the yuckiness outside half frozen/half thawed slush I did my run on the TM. Upped it 1/4 mile today. Felt good for the treadmill - a little slower than it has been but that is normal for me on the TM.

Had lunch at Olive Garden with hubby - did well on the salad, disappointed with the main course and only ate about 1/2 and then had the smallish dessert they have (dolocino's) which was a strawberry shortcake type dessert that was literally 2" across. It was good and glad it was small but was disappointed when we left.
All I have on Sunday's for workouts this month is a walk. Did 43 minutes and cut it short. Went out and filled both trucks and got extra gas for the generator just in case. The snow has arrived in OKC and heading our way - for those that have lived in OKC when the snow comes you prepare for the ice. Each time we have had snow here since I moved here it seems we have lost power for some time. This time the generator is here and filled with gas and hubby is home so you know we won't lose power (it always happened before the generator and when hubby was deployed). :)

Cloudy and overcast outside - went outside to run - 3/4 length yoga pants and my light windbreaker type jacket - just a sports bra underneath the lightweight jacket and was sweating when I was done.
50*, winds SSE @ 7mph. Didn't have to stop today - R ankle and R knee were a little tender when I started but they got over it. Didn't stop until I was done. Not as much of a struggle as Wednesday. Didn't really start to feel crappy under the last 1/4 mile.
