Well the bagel wasn't as bad of points that I thought - 11 is plenty but it gives me room for dinner. Not alot but some. I found that dinner will be veggie heavy :)

 

Weather: 51* and Sunny

Wind: NNW @ 12mph (suprisingly it didn't feel bad).

Clothes: Too many - 3/4 pants, long sleeve shirt with light windbreaker - could have done w/o long sleeve shirt.

Ran at 2:30 when I had a break at work - 71* Wind - WSW at 4mph. I don't think I felt that at all. Needed to do a hair (.25) over 3 laps. First lap was tough but I thought I would loosen up. Got 2nd leg and stopped at home at the end to stretch things out. 3 laps I didn't even get all the way around. Legs just didn't want to move at all. Not sure what is up but I called it at 2. Gorgeous outside - screen doors are open and furnace is off. If it could be like this all year I would LOVE it. Light weight t-shirt and shorts on this run. Not sure what happened - went out too fast? bad eating yesterday took its tool along with the wake up call this morning? Not enough water - not enough yesterday and only 24 oz so far today? Drinking more water and eating a banana - chaulk it up to the legs wanted to relax in the sun and not move. :)


Shedding water weight so far this week - I will take it... Right now down 2.6 since Monday.. Definantly water weight. Seen this number before but haven't been below it in a couple months... Keeping it up to getting it down. :)

Did some cleaning yesterday - hubby came home and noticed :) But in the process the vacuum appeared to not be working the best so I went to check the belt to make sure it was ok - well I hit a hot piece of metal and before I even registered I had blistered my hand - good 1/2 and inch on my index finger of my L hand and it extends over to the knuckle of the second finger.

Rumor is it is to be 70 here today - going for a run outside.

bike & Strength - strength cut short since hand was complaining on the pushups.

food has been BAD this morning - not enough and not the right kind. But will make it within points and I will DO that. Second 2am wake up call with dog vomit. Apparently something they started chewing up last Tuesday came back to visit. I hate to say it but I hope one of them has an upset tummy - the one I suspect of chewing it up is almost 10 and she knows better. So the frustration came out and thus chocolate bar at 2am. Need to turn the eating around.

Did my run on the TM this evening. Got about 1/3 of a mile in and the dogs wouldn't stop. The neighbor boys had come down with chocolate bars. Fab! We don't have cookies or candies in the house right now so they come. Hubby bought 6. Figured out they were 8 points each - yes we started Weight Watchers again today.  We were doing well before we went to Mexico back in Sept/Oct and failed to get back on once we gave ourselves a "break" on vacation and then surgery blah blah blah.. Had actually cancelled the membership since we thought we could "do it on our own" - yeah well here we are.  I feel more accountable this way and make better choices. I get 26 points, hubby gets 45. We just had a talk since he had only used 26 of his so far today and I asked if he was hungry and he said no not really but if we went out to eat I would eat - thus my problem. Day 1 went good. Drank my water and never felt really hungry. Gave myself 4 points to have 1/2 of a chocolate/caramel bar that the boys brought - the other half is wrapped in plastic and in the cabinet. They have their points written on them in big black letters so I know.

Good things:

* Drank water before having any soda.

* Less than 1 12 oz sprite zero today.

* Only 1/2 of the chocolate bar.


Run 2.25 on the agenda today. Will do 2 1/4 this week and then up to 2.5 next week. Run will be inside on TM since I don't feel like battling 20-30 with gusts to 40 winds.

off day - went to see Safe House with hubby (good movie) and out to a quick lunch - then we did a bit of dog training with Bo and he did GREAT - hoping this means he is starting to get it :)
