smacked the "bad" elbow on the corner of the nightstand last night. Had a rough night of sleep since everytime I moved the elbow I had pain down my arm. still painfully this am. Will see what happens.
Was going to run again so I could get 3 runs in this week but the weather outside looks to be getting frightful so it is either the trainer or the TM. Hmm...
Tomorrow - shopping and lunch with my girlfriend Jen. :)

A month from today my neighbor J and I will be getting muddy in the Dirty 30... She is worried she won't do well or she will be the biggest girl there. I am trying to tell her that at races they come in all shapes and sizes, we won't be last, we won't be first, we won't be the smallest or the largest and the most important thing is that we have fun and she remembers how to laugh.. She has been under a LOT of stress lately.
Felt tired yet when I got up to get hubby off to work. Slept a bit with Bo and then got up and went to the grocery store. Got groceries, hit the post office, came home and put the groceries away, changed and went for a run. Same run as Monday, 3 laps, no stop after 2 just kept going.
Thoughts: Too many clothes, there was a bit of a wind going so I had a long sleeve light weight shirt under a t-shirt with shorts. Could have done ok without long sleeves.
Temp: 61 feels like 61*
Winds: S @ 14mph gusting to 19.
will attempt another run today - hips are a bit sore today but nothing that doesn't scream you took a few weeks off.

doing things a little backwards today - the walk was a "don't scream at the co-workers" walk.
got through chapter 2 and all but 10 pages of chapter 3 in my cert book last night. Good progress. Hoping for at least 4 chapters a week. Not as interesting as my Patricia Cornwell "fun" books but gotta make an effort.
Bike, strength (abs at least) and a walk on tap.
