Time to Find the Big Girl Panties..and Suck it up!

off day - hubby went fishing with a friend. I was on call so I stayed home with the pups. I took a lazy day and slept when Lucy slept. Surprisingly she slept alot yesterday after getting a series of shots on Saturday. Sleep and reading was the order of the day.

Lucy was up at 240am this morning - yesterday it was 330.. We are going in the wrong direction. But she got her first visit to the vet for the look over and shots and then some friends with 3 kids came to play with her. She is wiped and spent most of the evening napping. Hoping that isn't a bad sign for the over night.  Hubby's fishing guys cancelled on him at the last minute so him and a buddy are still going so they will be up at 2:15 to get started on the 2 hour trip to the lake. Hoping for a run tomorrow but who knows what will happen. Food intake is not much but what is is in the toilet... Battle of the Fluff is failing fast.

71* with 91% humidity. Did 1.34 outside before I called it good and came and finished up on the TM. Not sure how I am going to manage to do 2.5 next week since I can't even do 2 let alone 2.25 this week. Crap!

Got a trainer ride in this morning before everything starts to get going. Will try for a walk later tonight. Need to find a weight workout and get started.

Run sucked - need to eat better and drink more water. Been off all soda with caffeine since Friday. Now if I can transition to quit all together we would be good.

Back to eating healthy today - hubby got a high cholesterol report from the VA dr on Thursday so he is re-committed to losing some weight and lowering it. Here's to trying...


Took a walk this evening, 2 laps by myself and then I took the dogs for a lap. They had to sniff everything... Bo got a new harness (for camping so he doesn't slip out of his collar). He did a great job.
