HORRIBLE RUN HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
Needed to do just over 4 laps...
did 2 and the legs just wanted to cramp. I have been having problems in the past couple days with the right calf cramping during the day so not sure what that is about. So I stopped, got some gatorade and water and stretched the legs out. Started again - got about 1/4 mile up and they tightened up again. Walked the rest of that lap. Stretched again when I got home, got a lap done and started on the last lap and got 1/4 mile up and everything just tightened up again and hurt. So gave up, turned around and came home. :( Wonder if it is because I have ran 4 times this week? Maybe next week I will cut it back to 3 and see how it goes.

And that my friend is why my legs were saying "Holy Shit what are you doing to us"... Legs were hurting after 2 miles. Stopped at home, got some gatorade and some water and finished up.
HOT and Humid out there.
74* and 89% humidity. Winds: SSW @ 4mph (nothing felt).
Now off to give blood. The blood bank calls and asked me to give. I am the universal donor so I like to give when I can. And they give you free stuff. first time - free t-shirt, then a free car scrapper with a mitt to cover your hand, last time was an insulated coffee mug. This time.... 2 free tickets to Redhawks Baseball (farm team for the astros here in OKC), 2 free tickets to the zoo and a zoo t-shirt. I give because I can... but the free stuff is nice. :)

UTI (what we expected), looks like the 2 "incidents" that have happened lately were seizures. Her RBC is low, but they want to re-check in 10 days since it might be related to the UTI. But no clear answer to why she might be having seizures. :( Just out of sorts right now. Need to get a run in later - maybe it will help. It will be on the TM since the day is PACKED.
off to the vet with Sammie (oldest, black lab) - I haven't liked things I have seen in the last week - hoping it isn't bad...

Run was better than Saturday. Stopped 1/2 way through the 3rd lap to stretch the legs. Then stopped at the end of the 3rd to get water/gatorade but kept on. Need to do ALOT better on stretching.
A week before we go to the lake for a week and I have the motivation to track points and food. Nice...
