Drove in today - finally got the new credit card from fed ex and headed out. Walking today walking the dogs and such. Other than that not much. Met some people at the campground that are from Eldridge Iowa (10 min from where I grew up) so we went down to the fireworks with them and some drinks. :)

Got out a bit earlier this morning and the first 2 laps were cool. Walked maybe 1/10th of a mile (mailbox to mailbox) the start of the 3rd lap. Stopped for fluids at end of lap 3 which ended up being a bit further than 2 miles since I had to dodge cars going to work this morning. Not so bad still not up to 2.75 straight - I might just have to push through and take a handheld (not a fan) to see if I can push through. Unless this heat breaks we will probably walk the 5k in two weeks since it doesn't start until after 9am.

Pulled out of the run yesterday. Body was still fighting me when I tried to eat dinner. Thought I would listen. Feeling better this morning except on 3 hours of sleep. Lucy didn't go back to sleep after getting up at 430 like she usually does.  Off to grocery shop for next week's camping trip this am and then work.

Bike today. Run tomorrow.

woke up with a nasty migraine - enough to make me nauseous. Laid back down and took some drugs. Starting to feel better now at 1pm. Will do the run on the TM this afternoon.

yard work today whooped me - I was falling asleep at 3pm this afternoon. Will run tomorrow am and maybe make up the bike.

Booked tix to Australia/New Zealand for March 2013 today - 190K miles and 400$ and two of us are going for 13 days. We are going one step up from coach (similar to first class domestic) :) WOOT! MIL wanted to go visit a friend of hers and she didn't want to go alone. I have always wanted to go so I am going with her. :) :)

.68 mile cooldown

Run was better than Saturday. Stopped 1/2 way through the 3rd lap to stretch the legs. Then stopped at the end of the 3rd to get water/gatorade but kept on. Need to do ALOT better on stretching.

A week before we go to the lake for a week and I have the motivation to track points and food. Nice...
