5.5 miles with Mary - she hasn't run more than 3 so we took the first 3.15 slower. Picked up the pace a bit on the last part but not much. :| But it was 77* when we started, 80 when we finished at 8am. 70% humidity. Felt good the entire way. 5.5 next weekend - will push it a bit more.

Tried to go faster than normal and see if I crashed and burned. Not enough to eat today and tummy complained at 1.34. Stopped for a quick drink of water and back on.

    Need to keep track - my massage lady is going to kill me (or my back) fixing things if I don't go but every 6 months. My back was a mess. Spent 3/4 of the time on my back, legs and feet. Feels good.

    1.5 hour massage first thing this morning and then 2 mile run. Probably walk again with hubby to support him. He is doing great.

    All TM since I had to battle the grocery store this morning and it was way hotter than I wanted to fight when I got home (another reason I hate furloughs - commissary on base closed yesterday - today was a NIGHTMARE).

    First 2 miles at 5.4 and 1% incline - 22:14 for two miles.
    Stopped for a bit, drank water, told myself I was not going to heave.
    Had trouble getting motivated to get back on - but I had a friend from AK challenge me to get under 32:30 (he also thinks I can do a 2:15 half). .33 at 6.0, .34 at 5.9, .33 at 5.8 gives me a 10:11 last mile and a total of 32:25 :)
