Came in and checked weather.com 84*, 87% humidity, feels like 96. Time for fall yet?

3.5 mile run - first up dentist and maybe some groceries. Also a good vacuum - you can tell I haven't lived here much in the past 7 weeks.

Airport walking

Fly all night, got in about 130 this afternoon. Tried to nap this afternoon and it wasn't happening until later in the day. Will see how sleep goes tonight.

Much needed rest day - legs are sore and tired. Fly home on the red eye Monday Night.

My first 10K. Woot! Hunted down and passed a co-worker and his friend. Two short walk breaks (less than 10 steps each) after a huge hill at mile 6 and I slipped off the trail and tweaked my ankle. Felt good most of the way. Nice time. Love it!

Hiked Byron Trail at Portage AK (1.5 out, 1.5 back).

Byron was in the pouring rain (blah!)
