Didn't have time before an appt to get in all 10. Slow start due to tummy issues that had me in the bathroom three times before I managed to get off the couch and start. Stomach is just SORE. Didn't feel like eating until 230. Will finish the rest tomorrow. Not a good omen for a half in 3 weeks.
