Negative splits seven miler. Felt comfortable and rested. I could have pushed a lot more, but I'm saving for my bike tomorrow. Splits were:

It feels better when I shoot for a high cadence, my legs are much better for the run.
Long brick after bike, trying to figure out a plan and objectives for Ironman. It looks like I'm gonna go really aerobic on the bike (17mph at 93rpm) and slow on the run at least for the first 12 miles, then I'll see how I feel.
