Not too bad on weight for a Tuesday after traveling.  I think I will run again today.  I need to start bringing the bike into work for a lunchtime ride.  It is looking like spring weather.

Spring is the time for wind in East TN.  Today was just a ripping wind.  Normally, I don't notice a following wind while running.  Today, it nearly blew me over.  That was on the way out.  I turned around into it and just plodded along into the wind.  I might have pushed too hard if I tried to maintain pace into the wind. 

Took a picture of the dock steps this evening.  The water level will be up to the top of the rip-rap at full pool. The level is at the winter minimum right now.

Here is the new concrete driveway.  The Mini made it down for the second time and back up on its own for the first time tonight.

I have to get back on the wagon.  We enjoyed our short vacation.  The Great White North was sort of gray and warm.  While we were there, St. Paul was having Tennessee winter weather.  Highs in the 40's lows in the twenties.  We spent most of the time sightseeing.  Not much chance for exercise. 

PHC was really good.  We could not have had better seats.  We were four or so rows back from the stage, right in the middle.  Heather Masse is my favorite of the trio of women with whom Garrison Keillor does duets and skits.  The others are Sara Watkins and Andra Suchy who are also good, but Heather is the best.  No sound effects guy for the night.  Tim Russell operated Tom Keith's old setup but didn't do much but make shoe noises.

We ate well and enjoyed ourselves and only talked about mothers and other problems a few brief times.  It was a vacation. 

Drive along St. Croix Scenic Byway.  Franconia Sculpture Garden was amazing.

Nice Valentine's Day at home.  I built a fire and we turned off all electronics and dimmed the lights.  We should probably do that more often.

I will run today.  It's cloudy but not much chance of rain, so probably outside.
