Carbide Park. Went pretty easy.
I am riding my bike this afternoon with David. This is the first exercise since I tripped while running on Sunday two weeks ago. The pain from the bruise on my hip was still quite sharp on Saturday but began to ease on Sunday. The pain was sharp and localized just above my hip bone. It did not feel like a bruise and it had lasted a long time. I was beginning to worry about what it was. Finally, it has eased. Now, the pain is mild, dull, and distributed like a bruise usually feels. I think I am just about healed.
My weight is really up. I have not run or biked regularly since Sarah's marathon on April 15. I need to burn an hour's worth of calories per day to lose any weight. I have been struggling with work and that is usually my conflict. I shall start exercising today. Let's try to keep it up.
