Another 30 minutes on the trainer in the bag. I am clearly noticing my body adjusting back to my old strengths already. My butt is getting less and less sore with every ride (never thought i'd EVER type that out).
Think i'm ready to incorporate some strength into my routine to turn my 30 minute workouts into an hour. Strength is dangerous for me though. I always hurt myself somehow. Maybe i'll just stick to cardio until february.

got a lot done around the house. Probably burned about 100 cal more than I normally would have during a day. Most of those cal were from swearing at the new light fixture I installed on the outside of the house.

Took a night off due to an upset stomach and a comfy couch.
Thanks for the inspires, please keep them coming! I will try to blog every day regardless of no activity. Even if I need to post a fun story not related to working out.
