Run to Fresh Pond. Officially the longest non-stop run I've ever done! Didn't feel great on the knees, but manageable.
Walked ~2mi home after.
Finally tried an Apple Cinnamon Hammer Gel during this one - YUM! RedSoxChick was right, they DO taste just like the McDonald's apple pie filling!
Monday- MRI of BOTH knees
Thurs- 1st session of PT in orthotics with the NEW PT (at 7am, ugh!)
Fri- Review of MRI with my ortho to see if she recommends scoping
In addition, I'm going to:
-Visit the gym for the last time for a while and put my membership on hold until spring
-Figure out which heat to sign up for the Harpoon ITT in Jan - reg is open, and I saw this pic (#10) of me for the first time as I never knew there was someone photographing the event. Don't I look terrified?!
-Try to get a little more drainer-Hulu time and
-Continue to run
(...I wish this stupid work stuff didn't take up so much time!)

Got the drainer set up in front of both of our computers with my Hulu queue going right in front of the open window. Watched the 2nd episode of V... starting to have a little more promise than the pilot which crammed too much of the story up front.
Anyway, I think this new set up is gonna work for me. :)
Although, it's been so long since I've spent much time on the drainer... my rear KILLS after a measly 30 minutes. Maybe I need some actual bike shorts? Have my PI tri shorts with a little shammy, but they're not feeling much better than plain leggings. I recall it gets better with time, but, owie.

Lotsa traffic on the way to meet Heather for a run.
Meandered around the city instead of following our planned route since we ran the entirely wrong way from the start! Eh, didn't really matter.
Pace a little slow since we had to stop for traffic a bit.
Biking home after the movie. After watching the agonizing hills of Leadville, I figured I had no reason to complain of a slightly chilly ride of a couple miles!
