I need to slowly start building up my miles to start my 50k training plan at the end of June. So more frequent runs are on the plate, slowly building up the length
I am so excited. Pest control comes today. It is the little things in life. I think I got the inside handled with spraying but it is only a matter of time before they all find their way in if we do not get the outside treated. The amount of ants out there is unbelievable. Although if I was an ant this is where I'd be as I am sure the lady that lived here before kept them well fed with her filth. Still working on undoing all that filth.
Our carpet gets installed Thursday and then we can finally move into the master bedroom and get our furniture out of the garage (and me into my office). We paid for the carpet last week and they wanted to install it next week after we chased them down but Tina laid into them and they agreed to come Thu. It is being done via Home Depot but Payson is so small that they contract out the measuring and the installing. The measuring guy was awesome. The installer company sucks the big one. Worst company I have dealt with in a while.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Bit old school in the workouts but a better workout then I anticipated
Clearly I need more sleep. I just tried to put shorts on over my pj's to workout.
Ugh, went to go check out the swimming pool yesterday and they are closed on Sunday. WTF? Dude on the phone didn't tell me that. But being a Tribe gym that's the way they roll. I could see the pool and it looked ok but I still need to get in there and check it out and see what their lap hours might be etc. I sure wouldn't join for the gym equipment. Was looking kinda sad. lol They are talking about classes so maybe some of those might be interesting. We shall see.

I am in trail running heaven. I wasn't going to do trail today, I was just going to run along the road, but then I saw this dirt road that went up and I was like "oh" and up I went. And then I saw a trail and I was like "oh" and so up the trail I went. You'll notice "up" is a theme here

Went out for drinks and supper with Tina and her co-workers last night. Food is still sitting in my belly.
I think I might have actually found a year round pool at a gym here on the reservation. They said it was 30x60. I am very excited. I am going to go check it out Sunday. it is $35/month for one person or $40 for two. No initial fees. That's a crazy good deal assuming the pool water is not gross or anything.
Heading back to Tucson today to finish the last remaining packing and to clean the house. Movers get our stuff on Saturday morning and then back to Payson we go. I am most excited about the couch. We actually cannot get most of the stuff setup yet as we are still waiting on the bedroom carpet to be replaced but progress.

Trail run. Mostly up. Never let the dog pick the path. Just a random route that I found behind the house. Came across the biggest Javalina ever. Almost didn't see it and got a little too close. Then it raised its hackles. So me and Jenny turned around. Then later I kicked a paddle cactus. OMG that hurt. Had to stop and take a few thorns out of my foot. Did I mention that hurt?
