it is amazing just how in the way the dogs can get. But it is entertaining watching the cat chase my shadow. this was probably the hardest this video has felt for some reason

ugh, week off from strength training equals sore muscles when you get back at it.  Weight from vacation is coming off, just two more pounds to go.

I had the boarding place where the dogs stayed at groom them yesterday before I picked them up.  So now they are all clean and nice smelling.  And little bows on their collar.  lol  Doesn't seem to be bothering them so they get to stay on.  Breyer seems to have done better then usual.  Last time we boarded him he barked and barked and barked so much that he had a little cough for about a week when he came home.  This time nothing.  I think being able to see Jenny in the next one over helped him (yet they would kill each other in the house).  So I think we will use this boarding place again.  We have two more short camping trips on the schedule.

Back from vacation with a bit of extra weight to lose.  Sigh.  Too many s'more's and beers I guess.  There might have been some wine in there as well.  I am sure I can get back on track and drop the extra soon but I wish I had kept it under control.  That being said, I had a blast on vacation.  Today will probably be a tough work day.  Pups are still not home.  Have to go get them later today after their baths.  It will be nice to have all that lose fur off them finally.  We wash them periodically but never do as good a job as the groomers.

Biking on the carriage roads with comfort bikes. Biked to Jordon Pond House and had popovers then continued the bike ride.

Everyone agreed this was the best activity of the trip
