I thought this was going to be a much needed day off. Instead, it consisted of playing in a golf tournament that lasted 6 hrs 40 minutes and I had no golf cart. I was either walking or standing the entire time. So much for a day off my feet. I think I may have a bone bruise on the ball of my left foot. It hurts to walk on it. Taking tomorrow off except for swimming.

Pushed this ride hard! The out section had a tail wind therefore the way back had a good head wind. I wanted to push it hard on the bike to see how my legs would feel on the run. Overall they felt pretty good. After sitting down to dinner I will say they are pretty sore though. During my next few bricks, I really need to work on keeping my pace slower when starting out.
