Did my own little tri today.
Swim - felt terrible. Stroke was horrible. Third time in pool since November though.
Bike - Easy ride. Used HR and cadence as my guide.
Run - Hot and humid. 88 degrees. Avg HR was over 160 and recovery HR was 150. Way too high! Walked a few times just to let HR come down.
Overall, body feels good.

Yes, I am still alive and ready to finally get things going. Second day of "training" with no pain. I'm going to venture to the pool tomorrow morning and hit the bike in the afternoon.
