On the stationary... nice and easy weight-loss level 4 at around an 80 cadence. Just trying to bring the legs back to life.
Upper body today only. Gave the gambs a break.
Did chest, back, shoulders, arms, and a little ab work. It's been a while since I've hefted the iron. Going to be sore tomorrow.

Just a little ride to loosen up the legs a little.
I'm mostly Franken-stumbling around today, but the legs feel better than they did last year this time.
Hopefully get my RR done tonight before game 7!

Well, not as fast as I wanted, but I'll certainly take it. Everything went fairly well till the wheels fell off at my arch nemisis Mile 17 again.
I'll get a RR up tomorrow. Tonight I must sleep.
