Some days I just HATE my job.

Legs are feeling quite a bit better today. Of course, I haven't gone down any stairs today, so I may be fooling myself.

I was right the other day though: the weights have hurt my muscles!

Upper body today only. Gave the gambs a break.
Did chest, back, shoulders, arms, and a little ab work. It's been a while since I've hefted the iron. Going to be sore tomorrow.

Well, not as fast as I wanted, but I'll certainly take it. Everything went fairly well till the wheels fell off at my arch nemisis Mile 17 again.

Calves were a little stiff heading out, but they loosened up allright.

Rest day 2. Off to the expo today to pick up my race package. I'm getting pretty excited. My first expo!
