FINALLY got bike up on the trainer, tires pumped, bike shorts found, bike shoes found, DVD in (old one - a new one wouldn't work with our via VCR hookup) wowzers. But I feel great about having it all ready for next time now:) No idea how fast I went. Kept it in a lower gear. Need to buy a new bike computer that I can use on the back wheel.
Guessing at distance.

I felt like a sack of hammers trying to run today. I'm totally exhausted from being back to work. I can barely think straight. Ah well, one down, plenty to go :)
I went of the WW wagon for awhile but for the last three days I've been following a "diet" I found in Runner Mag. Basically, you check off about 6 oz protein/day, 3-4 oz low fat dairy/day, 2-3 fruits/day, 3-5 veg./day and no more than 6 servings of grains (carbs)/day. I've followed that for the last three days and it seems as though I may have dropped a pound. It's not as easy as it seems. Tomorrow marks a new day to start on WW (Wednesday is my start day) - I guess it's time to get serious. Zzzzz

Tired, but need to update goals, join mentor group, find a plan (besides the 1/2 mary. - where I'll pick up @ a repeat of 6 miles) that works for me. ZZZZzzzzz...psyched to workout with Bada Ben tomorrow night.
