Took it easy with my mother's husband :)

I was psyched to do 1.5 hours of yoga, 30 minutes of running and then a 20 mile bike ride. Again, my body rebelled. I was literally so tired today I was drooling. I followed my mother's husband on the bike b/c I honestly did not trust my own brain power to keep me safe and on track. I felt much better on the bike and drank a coffee after to help me get through the rest of the day. I fell asleep in my daughter's bed when putting her to bed :)

With running group. The first mile felt so hard and was 11:20, the last felt easy and was about 9:15! Crazy!

100 X 12 ...I found the even numbers when I was forced to do bilateral breathing I was a bit slower. When I breathed when I wanted to (bilateral but not so planned) I swam faster. Sets varied between 1:40 and 2:00 ish

Fiske does not do T times, so I had to sort of fudge bike time (guessed 2 min transition) and run time (guessed 1 minute transition). Also, I think the swim was 15 seconds faster b/c my timing person let me go at 15 seconds later than staggered start time by accident. So this would have given me a 1:40/100 pace :) NICE!! These times (bike and swim) are both pace PR's and I could not be happier with them. I also won:

2nd PLACE ATHENA!!

Rosie did her triathlon! I ran along side of her for some of her bike and all of her run - I'm so proud of her!!

I accidentally pushed the group on this 'easy' run ... I have to be careful not to do that :/

Packing for the triathlons! My 6yo daughter will be tomorrow AM and mine will be Sunday :D SO excited!!!

ARRRGGHHH! Was sick all day until about 5pm..arranged to go swim at 8:30 PM - circumstances caused me to miss this time and now I've done no exercise today. The plan says not to reschedule it in. In this case, I think that may be wise.
