I had a beer and didn't want to take the bike out. I'm pleased with the run overall. Especially since I don't even remember the last time I ran. I need some new running shoes and also praying that I don't feel the AT in the next couple of days....we will see.

2245HRS...I woke up determined that today will be a good day. Work was okay because of this attitude and definitely has made me happy to know that I have more control over my life then I thought. Chemistry Exam next week so I will be busy studying my heart out. My lab partner is amazing, however, she suffers from some really bad test anxiety. Today is truly a new begining.
