ran around the block twice. First day with no soda and I felt like I could have kept going....I was thrilled with this. I took orthodics out and placed original insoles in as recommended by running store. We will see and I'm praying that I can keep on running with no achilles issues.

1600HRS..I slept well and work has been busy since I took yesterday off. Took me to 1430HRS to get caught up on emails. I plan on running or biking tonight when I get home from Chemistry Class. I pray all is well stay healthy and God's Speed!

**LATE Entry*** Went to proctologist and he gave me a cream to take care of hemorods and wants to see me in a couple weeks. Well he also told me that Diet Coke can cause them because of the color code has a wax that actually attacks that region of the body. He mentioned coffee, tea, or anything that is a black liquid. So I made the switch to Diet Mountain Dew and water. Supposedly he advised that clear drinks don't have that effect on your body. Well we will see.

1017HRS.....My wife was tossing and turning most of the night, interrupting my sleep cycle...thank God for Mountain Dew. I am at work and thankful for that. I also am working on plan B and plan C for the nursing programs. Plan B is working on an appeal, and plan C is working on applying to a different community colleges. Busy day ahead along with classes tonight. I pray that you all had a great weekend. Stay healthy and God's Speed!
