The ankle wasn't real bad so I went for the planned run.
Easy w/ 30sec accelerations every 5m starting @ 10m
Gotta love the Yak Trax on packed snow. Wonderful!

Back at work for three days...

My left ankle is not really happy this morning. Will decide later if I bike instead of doing the planned run.
