Aerobic Ride: Good ride. Did one 20 min. interval at Sprint race pace. Everything else Easy (forgot to turn off the Garmin while talking to the neighbor at the end of the ride - really about 1:12). Gonna try and mix in some fast stuff during the course of the next 5 weeks in prep. for FIT. See what happens. If I feel any injury coming on I'll back off.

Aerobic Ride: Great to be back on the bike. Just some random HIM Steady race pace intervals with some Easy mix in between. Couldn't find my HR strap before the ride (thought I lost it last weekend at the race). However, the wife put it up and I just found it so I'm a happy camper.

Easy Swim: Finally back to exercise. Just an easy swim to get the blood flowing. Lots of mixed stroke. Felt surprisingly good - I thought my toes would hurt when I kicked but they were OK.

Easy Day:  Just a little walk.  Did get confirmation from the race director that the Gator 1/2 bike was too long.  Some people say it was 2.3 miles too long, others were saying 2.8.  Honestly, I think everthing kind of washes out (shortness of the swim with the longness of the bike).  I was a bit disappointed with my bike time but now I don't feel as bad.  Thought I would come in just under 3 hours on the bike.

Easy Day.  No exercise.  Legs a little sore but not really bad.
