Easy Day:  Going to be tough to do any type of training this week.  Grandbaby in town.

Aerobic Ride: Did around 75 min. of HIM race pace work. Rest of ride on Easy. I have no idea what was up initially with Garmin HR data. Said I had HR's up in the 230bpm. Goofy.

Wow did I ever cramp on this swim at the end. Toes, calves, thighs, the whole works. I've never had cramps this bad before. Not sure what caused it.
