Aerobic Ride: Good ride. Did one 20 min. interval at Sprint race pace. Everything else Easy (forgot to turn off the Garmin while talking to the neighbor at the end of the ride - really about 1:12). Gonna try and mix in some fast stuff during the course of the next 5 weeks in prep. for FIT. See what happens. If I feel any injury coming on I'll back off.

Aerobic Ride: Great to be back on the bike. Just some random HIM Steady race pace intervals with some Easy mix in between. Couldn't find my HR strap before the ride (thought I lost it last weekend at the race). However, the wife put it up and I just found it so I'm a happy camper.
