Aerobic Threshold (AeT) Benchmarking): 1st day of exercise in a long time (way too long). Back at it. 18 min. of WU & CD then 1 interval with an RPE just below HIM pace. Results of that interval were (Target HR, Average HR, Speed):
126-128bpm, 137bpm, 18.5mph
Yikes.
Perhaps a swim this afternoon. Having thoughts about bagging REV3 Florida HIM. Might be tough to get fit enough by race day for a decent performance.
