Easy swim

Starting to think about how I'll get to 5:00 for Eagleman... assuming weather cooperates...

Learning from kinetic and previous e-man experience I'm thinking something like this:

Swim: 37:00 (1:54s)

Bike: 2:35:00 (21.67)

Run: 1:45:00 (8:00)

Transitions: 3-4 minutes total

That puts me right there 5:00-5:01

Swim

WU: 400 easy
MS:
6x75 20" rest
12x100 10" rest (did these at 1:40 consistent)
200 easy pull
8x100 (drill, kick no board, swim, sprint)
CD: 200 very easy

Great swim, did 1:59 including breaks, so actual was probably 1:45-1:50.

Longest swim of the year and since Rev3 last sept.

So I'm OK happy with Kinetic results.  I definitely am in shape for the distance but the several week leading up directly were spotty training due to business travel.

The good news is I have the time between now and eagle man to have the right approach with a quick peak and taper which will have me in a better mental state (which was my biggest barrier).
