I was sure the HR was off...seemed to low for the pace, but run felt overall good. Going uphill, esp in z3, could feel ache in piriformis and high in my left glut...but overall nice run.

now thats what im talking about. Needed a confidence booster...like in a long, completed workout. Felt good the whole way... Nothing like a 3am start time!! My left hip...felt great...although the running wasnt a problem. Got a cortisone injection for bursitis of my greater trochanter...Was worried running would aggravate it but not a problem at all! Stretched 15 minutes after..and a look at the bike fit tonight.
