Well, still going to try and make a go of this..so..from now on...only positive thoughts. So..the good.
1. got a workout in.
2. foot doesnt hurt on bike..makes sense..the bicycle shoe is rigid; no flexion at metatarsals/
3. No hip/glut pain
Right foot feels about 70% better when out of immobilizer boot.
Confirmed appt with LBS for bike clean up/tune up etc.

With everyday that gets closer to IM WI, i feel less likely im going to be able to even start the race. Ive become resigned that the pain wont resolve and if it does, my foot will hardly be able to hold up to the pounding of the day. XRAY shows no frx but a stress frx wouldnt show up on plain films. Im to wear the boot/immobilizer thru the weekend, switching to celebrex from motrin (although i love my motrin). she cleared me to ride the bike and swim...although swimming was painful yesterday. My wife was out to dinner with my kids...told them i might have to do this next year..My son got livid. He said NO WAY!. Daddy said he wasnt goin gto do this next year!! He said it took to much time away from us!.. Im just trying to not get too frustrated. Realize there are things out of my control...In the big picture..I have my health, my family is safe, ok etc. The bigs things are all ok..But it is tough thinking of not being able to complete this goal ive kept literally in the forefront of my mind for 10 months.

foot felt ok for transition run. A little achy but no pain.
Overall..good workout.
Issues...
1. Left glut/IT tigthness. Started up again around 40-45 minutes. Im learning how to deal with it..Basically get out of aero position until it loosens up. Any uphills, im out of aero and back in the seat. When in aero..out on the nose. I dont go crazy after stops/red lights etc..i take a few minutes to spin back up.
2. Right foot..held up ok on the brick run. My initial pace was WAY to fast..sub 7min..had to keep running slower.. No stomach issues. Foot a little achy, gonna ice and wear my shoe/boots whenever im not sleeping or on the bike.
On the run, the tightness in my left glut/IT does not seem to carry over...so if i can survive the bike, hopefully whatever pain/discomfort im in will not be that big an issue for me on the run.
Tried to stop the coffee...pounding headache this AM..made it only 24 hrs or so..took motrin and by 9am caved in and had an americano.. But ive cut back by 80%.
