ran for 30 min while Madison was at swim practice. HR was a little high for slow pace..Dont know if it was, a little on the dry side before running, or if this represents not doing much for 2 wks.

nice out and back with kids for lunch to downtown northbrook.
ah..ez ride with kids on sidewalks. Talked with them over luch about Kids Tri's.. Both are into it and excited about next year. Madison has done one allready and is set up on this site. He wants to start blogging his workouts again...swim practices, biking etc.
