nice easy run and i finnaly got my HR monitor back and now have my auto lap working. still doing neg splits which will onlhy help me get better. cant wait to do the research on the data. Sat is a go and I'm rdy!!!!!

not bad easy swim. finally getting comfortable in the open water now. did 26:42 for 1600 yrds it was a nice easy and smooth swim. I think i'm ready for sat.

nice run today. tried to use this garmin and try doing a little negitive splitting. I was seccessful on doing it. I was pleased with my last mile at 7:30 if I can do that sat. I will do well.

Good bike ride today. 1:15 1st 25. Hr break downs were 1st hour 19.67 and 40.33 for 2hours. so not too bad was shooting for high 18 to 19 so 19.67 mph exceeded my expectations.

garmin says 57min but i forgot to stop it at the end of the race. It was the muddiest and wettest trail run I have been in. I would like to think if the mudslides would not have been there I wouldnt have lost my shoe and maybe i could have ran it in46 min. Oh well live and learn but I had fun anyways.
