I'm tired of being a girly man and now its time to get back to work. I will train hard and get and be ready for the 1/2 Ironman in mattoon.

good ride just got my bikwe fit and all feels well. my legs feel freash even though I rode at 80 rpm cadence. not use to doing this. unfortunately My speed was down I am questioning my garmin cuz it said I was avg 18.6 but listed me at 16.34 maybe it added my cool down.

not a bad day, did some drills to work on my stroke but really need to get back to the open water may try to do that tomorrow. Swam 1800 in 30:22 I really thought i did it faster but I felt really strong and avg 1:40 per 100 so I'm not to disapointed.

Today was bike fit day and I snuck a swim in as well. Bernie made alot of adjustments and I cant wait to do my long ride in the am. I am hoping as I get used to riding in this new fit it will make my times better. Is it bad when a bike Mech says your lucky you didnt blow out your achillies tendon? Just wondering. Now I know why my knees and abdcutor are so messed up. who know T3 guys you might be in trouble come sept 5th.

Dr. appt went well.  stress fractures just a strain. Gonna train on the eliptical for the next few weeks and pray I'm strong enough for the 1/2 Ironman. Think I'll do fine. Just glad it's nothing major. now I have to do focused trainning and rely on my biking and swimming to get me thru. Thanks to all my friends, family and T3 guys for your support it means alot to me.  I probly should join you guys at T3 but would not want to take Chris's place as top dog. I dont do interviews well!  LOL j/k

I found out today I cant run with out extreem pain. called the dr. and made an apptfor 9am wends. so we will find out how and if i can run. So I will work on my cadence afor my running until I know whatsw up.
