was rainning so i did my ride on the trainner and worked on my cadence and didnt worry about speed. wow what a difference not since Tremont tri have I rode this fast now if I can do this on the road I'm gonna be scarry. Leg feels better not gonna push it going to the gym to swim and run on the eliptcal on tue so we will see h>ow I do

good ride just got my bikwe fit and all feels well. my legs feel freash even though I rode at 80 rpm cadence. not use to doing this. unfortunately My speed was down I am questioning my garmin cuz it said I was avg 18.6 but listed me at 16.34 maybe it added my cool down.

not a bad day, did some drills to work on my stroke but really need to get back to the open water may try to do that tomorrow. Swam 1800 in 30:22 I really thought i did it faster but I felt really strong and avg 1:40 per 100 so I'm not to disapointed.

well first day on the eliptical and I was able to get 6.8 in an hour. I felt good and strong when done. I'll do 1 1/2 hour on thurs and then work up to 2hours next week. that will really suck. but good effort today!
Did several drills today. and really worked on bi-latteral breathing. didnt know it would slow me down but once I get it down i'll be fine. worked on single arm and catchups and fist drills. My swim stroke is getting cleaner.
