not my best run by far. Ineed to work on pacing when I stay at about 8:20 i usally do well. need to work on this.
not a bad swim was tired from the run and I'm not really 100%. my mind is weighed down with bull shit! I really need to work on dot doing workouts in the pm when I dont eat b4 I workout.
horrible bike ride. I knew it would be long but the wind just kicked my ass. and I dont know where to start on my cadence trainning. oh well better luck next week.
not bad ows w/o wet suit again and i was able to swim 2200 in 39:51 still need to work on streamlining my swim but it is getting better
not a bad little run wanted to run at about 9min miles but felt really good at this pace. may try to run this pace more often.
not bad kinda was going for 19mph but oh well the wind kinda caught me off gaurd.
not a good day 1st ows without a wet suit need to work on being more fluid in the water. I forgot how to feel the water with my wet suit.
not happy with this run. not sure what happened was trying for 8 min. miles. well better luck next time.
